One side of rail wire has snapped off
Front railing is broken, one top piece is missing
Button - mechanism seems to be snapped off, but looks like it can be glued back on, or popped back in

Be careful ; suggest lifting up from both ends when taking out of box
Box is included however seems to be split down the side
