This MUNBYN Rugged Tablet(Case built-on), 8" inch Windows 10 Rugged Tablet, is in great shape(scratches, dings from normal use in construction, no major damage), but has a password lock the previous owner doesn't know. I've tried a reset by Shift+Restart, but nothings worked for me.
