I have a almost brand new nest learning thermostat - we got it spring 2024 after the winter was over - and within 3 weeks we had central air / heat put in and wasn't aware or didn't even think of the fact we wouldn't be needing it - took it out and torto not return it in time .
Cost over $275 at the time with fees etc
Used / like new are still selling for 222.00 as can see
