Listing is for a Lemax Village Collection, known as the "Farmhouse" model which was released in 2015 and retired in 2022. It features an on/off switch and powered by a 6-foot cord. Set comes complete with light and cord. Farmhouse measures roughly 8-1/2" in height and sits on a 9" x 5-1/4" base.
The hanging flowers on the porch swings back and forth and the weather-vane comes uninstalled in a plastic pouch for protection. In great vintage condition and stored in the original Styrofoam container inside the box.
